About
I have always had a passion for personal finances. Originally, I obtained a degree in Accounting from the University of North Dakota and eventually changed careers by getting my Certificate of Financial Planning.
One of my strong beliefs is that everyone can benefit from financial advice, not just the ultra-wealthy. Whether it is getting you on track for retirement; making sure your investments are appropriate, tax efficient and low cost; mapping out your most effective withdrawal strategy in retirement or making sure you have adequate insurance coverage to protect your assets and loved ones, good financial advice can put you in a much better position to live the life you want.
I tend to work with pre-retirees, tech workers, people who receive equity comp and small business owners. These are some of the things I have experienced in my own life and as an advisor I want clients to know I can relate to what they are going through.
I live in Eden Prairie, MN with my wife and daughter. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, going to movies, doing outdoor activities such as bike rides and hiking and cheering on my daughter playing basketball. I am a bit of a sports junkie and love watching college football and attending baseball games.
